HOW IT WORKS
In order to ensure a seamless experience, our onsite and backend team coordinates in real-time
to deliver quality deliverables.
PRE ROLL OUT STAGE
Data base is structured and profiled based on client information including locations.
The comprehensive questionnaire is designed in terms of the mandated work scope.
Visits are scheduled and allocated to field resources based on various parameters and necessary skill sets.
SITE ROLL OUT STAGE
The Plexus verification app enables geo-tagging and real-time monitoring.
Geo-tagged photographs ensure authentication.
The app enables detailed questionnaires to be answered and uploaded on a real-time basis.
Ensures quality deliverables as reports are uploaded on the Plexus app by the resource.
POST ROLL OUT STAGE
Quality Control team then takes over and review the reports uploaded on the Plexus app.
QC team reverts back to the on-field resources in case of execution faults.
QC released reports are then finally uploaded.
Clients are provided with an online dashboard to access, view and download the QC released reports.
THE PROCESS
MEET ADITYA
He is an experienced site verification field executive.
He is a local resource, hence very well aware of the language and the cultural setup of the region.
He is allocated for physical verification of sites in accordance with the pre-scheduled itinerary.
He reaches the allotted
location on the scheduled date and time.
He meets the concerned official(s) who assists him with the site verification.
He launches the Plexus App on his mobile phone and logs in with his registered mobile number and OTP.
A message pops up on our web portal instantly after he logs into the app which confirms the presence and commencement of assignment to the back end team.
Plexus app allows him to proceed further only after he acknowledging that he has fully read and understood the scope and mandate.
He proceeds to complete the stagewise defined process on the Plexus app along with uploading geo tagged photographs.
Once all defined stages are completed, he uploads the site report on the Plexus app to enable the QC team to take over.
After successful submission of the report by our field executive, the report is checked by our back-end Quality Control team for integrity and hygiene. Post Quality Check is released for the client to view/ download the same on their dashboard.
